Looking for a 1-year (perhaps longer) renter who desires a family-friendly home in a great neighborhood and location. Renter pays for all utilities Non-furnished No dogs above 20 lbs, other kinds of pets can be negotiated. No smoking We will continue to pay for a bi-weekly landscaping service to ensure the yard and vegetation stays in top shape. We will ask that you keep the fountain running and in good shape. A renter who will leave the house unattended for long periods of time will not be a good fit. Landlord will be living close by, so will be available to periodically assist and check in on the house with prior notice. We are looking for a responsible renter who will treat the home like their own!
