Looking for a long term tenant (12 month lease or longer) Unfurnished. Photos are from a previous tenant.… -Last building at the very end of Straight Creek Dr. Building backs up to National Forest, so it's very quiet and private. Trails are literally right out the door and you can hike, mountain bike, or xc ski almost all of the way up to Eisenhower Tunnel. There are also so many single-track trails for hiking or mountain biking. You can literally go all of the way to Breckenridge on almost all trails. It's amazing. -Unit is on the 3rd and top floor, which means it's even quieter and private, and has ridiculously sweet views. -Building is built on a slope, so there is only one floor of stairs to climb, rather than two. -Assigned parking space is directly in front of building door which makes for easy unloading of gear. -Building requires a key to enter, which means it's very secure. -10 minutes to Keystone, 20 to Copper, 20 to A-Basin, 30 to Breck -1/2 mile to Summit County bus stop. *The map shows the wrong building. It's the very last building. :-) No smoking (including weed) No pets per HOA rules.
