This single-level home offers 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing a comfortable retreat for up to 12 guests. The main living area features comfortable seating, perfect for game nights or quiet mornings. Enjoy the convenience of air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans to maintain a comfortable temperature. The TV is set up for easy streaming. The full kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, hot water kettle, coffee maker, cooking basics, and a full set of dishes and silverware. Two bathrooms are well-stocked, with one featuring a bathtub. For families, a pack 'n play and children's dinnerware are available. Enjoy the private pool, with optional heating available for an additional $35 per day, requiring at least one week's notice. The outdoor space also features a fire pit, putting green, and an outdoor bar. A pergola with an outdoor projector creates an open-air cinema experience. It's a short drive to local parks and dining, with the Gulf Coast beaches within easy reach. Clearwater Beach is approximately a 30-35 minute drive, and St. Pete Beach is about 40 minutes away. Busch Gardens and ZooTampa are within a 25-minute drive. The home offers easy access to the Veterans Expressway, connecting you to various destinations. Tampa International Airport is just 10-15 minutes away, and Downtown Tampa and the Riverwalk are about 20 minutes east. A car is recommended to fully experience the area. Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Parties, events, smoking, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises. A fee of $300 will be charged for unauthorized gatherings and $150 for smoking or drug use. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. For safety and security, there is a Ring camera installed at the front door. Please note that pool heating must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in and incurs an additional fee of $35 per day. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized on your credit card prior to arrival. Please do not park inside the garage. Be considerate of neighbors regarding noise after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks of any kind are permitted. No firearms on property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report any damages immediately. A maximum of 12 guests are allowed to stay overnight, with a maximum of 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. The number of cars on the property at any given time should not exceed 2. It is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable outside. The home is set up to accommodate remote work, with a dedicated game area that keeps everyone occupied. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each stay. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you. The cost is $35 per day and will be invoiced separately. We kindly request at least one week's notice. During colder or rainy weather, we do not recommend using the pool. It is serviced weekly, though after rainfall, some debris may enter and cause slight discoloration. A refundable $250 security deposit will be placed as a hold on your credit card through our third-party system prior to arrival. This is a pre-authorization, not a charge, and will be released after a damage-free inspection following your stay. Any damages or excessive cleaning beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from this hold. Please note that check-out time is 10 AM. Housekeeping arrives promptly to prepare for incoming guests, so late check-outs may disrupt scheduling and result in a fee of up to $300 if extended beyond the agreed time. Parties, events, smoking, and drug use are strictly prohibited on the premises. If evidence of these activities is found, a fee of $300 will be charged for unauthorized gatherings and $150 for smoking or drug use. As this is a self-catering home, supplies are not replenished during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, one roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry area provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. In the kitchen, you'll find a paper towel roll, a few trash bags, dish soap, and a sponge. A coffee maker is available (coffee is not provided), along with salt, pepper, and cooking oil. If anything is missing upon check-in, please notify us right away so we can assist with restocking. For safety and security, there is a Ring camera installed at the front door. Important House Rules: Quiet Between: 21:00 - 09:00. In sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural & very common occurrence! We have our property professionally sprayed for bugs, however, everything outside of that is beyond our control. Mosquitoes are sometimes unavoidable (we know, lame) - please remember to pack mosquito spray. IF YOU WOULD LIKE POOL HEAT AND/OR HOT TUB, IT MUST BE REQUESTED IN WRITING A WEEK PRIOR TO CHECK-IN (as it requires up to 24 hours to heat). TO ADD THIS AMENITY, YOU AGREE TO PAY $35 PER DAY OF USAGE. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY IF A WEEK'S NOTICE IS NOT GIVEN. We also wanted to give you a quick update about the pool for your awareness! We had some chemical treatment on the pool that unfortunately stained the pool surface but no need to be concerned. It's completely usable and safe but we wanted to make sure we were upfront with you :) We do welcome furry friends! However, a written notification from the guest and approval by the host is REQUIRED. We allow (1) one house-trained dog (less than 60 lbs). A pet fee is applied & subject to up to $150 security deposit. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. Please do not park inside the garage for ANY reason. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on property. We can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. It's for your own comfort :) No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. A maximum of 2 additional guests are allowed at the property during daytime hours. Number of cars on property at any given time should never exceed (2). Parking is permitted in the driveway in front of the garage, which will accommodate up to (2) vehicles, (2) vehicles may park on the street in front of the home. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood. Be considerate of our neighbors while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the suite. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
