The owners live on-site in the adjacent but detached building, and will manage the property directly. The apartment is designated as an "Accessory Living Unit" (ALU) - this means it is rated for no more than 2 people, per county requirements. The property runs entirely on electric, so there are no natural gas bills. Tenant is responsible for electric, which is independently metered. 12 month lease term minimum. A security deposit equal to one month's rent is required at lease signing, along with first month's rent and any pet deposit as applicable. Renters subject to a background and credit check.
