Rent is $1,200/month, which includes all utilities and internet. Equal Deposit due at lease signing. Maximum 2 occupants. No pets allowed. Initial lease term is 6 months with the option to renew for 1 year afterwards if we are a good fit for each other. Basement apartment is a self-contained/locked unit with 1 large bedroom (with a mini bar) and bathroom, living room, full kitchen, washer & dryer and potential access to storage area. 1-car garage stall and additional parking available on street if needed. Maximum 2 cars. Semi-furnished available if desired. Please note: The 2nd basement bedroom and bathroom is occupied by my 15-year old son. He only spends 50% of his time at my home however (is with his Dad the other 50%). He is a mature, quiet and respectful kid. He primarily only sleeps and showers downstairs (spends his leisure time upstairs with us). You will have SOLE access to the kitchen, laundry, living room and your bedroom & bathroom with your own private entrance!
