There is a large laundry room off the garage with cabinets, a sink and hookups. There is also a 3-car garage for all your vehicles and toys.
The rent is $3500 per month with the same in Security deposit. Tenants pay for N.V Energy, water, sewer, and waste management. A small dog is allowed with Owner approval and additional Deposit and full vaccination and license records. The owner will provide landscape maintenance.
