Birds and breezes provide a blissful ambiance. INCLUDED: Cable 1 GIG Internet, Water, Sewer, Trash Monthly contracts with proof of income and background checks which can also be renewed every 30 days. Payment is due every two weeks, rather than monthly. Ideal for those with allergies as no smoking/vaping indoors and no pets. One person per room allowed. Prices start at $150.00 per week, depending on the bedroom. Deposit required, refundable after minimum stay. With Shared Living, background checks are required. No drama zone!
