Lease Duration: 12 months Available: September 1, 2026. Earlier move-in possible for the right applicant. Rent: $1,995/mo plus a flat $295/mo utility fee ($2,290 total) Security Deposit: $1,995, refundable Utilities: The $295 flat monthly fee covers electric, gas, water, sewer, storm drain, garbage, lawn care and fiber internet. No separate utility bills and no usage billing. Heating and Cooling: The furnace, central A/C, and water heater are building systems shared with the lower unit. They are not separately zoned or metered to this unit, so the thermostat is not under this unit's sole control and will be controlled via a smart thermostat. All heating, cooling, and hot water costs are covered by the flat $295 fee. Smoking Policy: No smoking or vaping inside the home Parking: Attached 2-car garage plus driveway Pets: Up to 2 dogs under 40 lbs. Pet rent is $50/mo per dog, plus a $400 refundable pet deposit. No cats. Assistance animals are not pets and are not subject to this policy or to pet fees. Renters Insurance: Required, with a minimum of $100,000 personal liability coverage. Maintenance: Yard care provided by owner. Tenant responsible for basic upkeep inside the home. Yard: The back yard is split by a gate - this unit has its own private fenced portion. Garage and storage shed are exclusive to this unit. Refrigerator included. Washer and dryer may be available on an as-is basis by request.
