The free Summit Stage shuttle stops 1/2 block from the door and is a 5-minute ride to downtown shopping and the Breckenridge Transfer Station/ Peak 8 Gondola. From this point you can hop a free bus to Frisco, Silverthorne, Dillon and Arapahoe Basin. So, park your car and enjoy the free ride! The home is tastefully furnished and includes bedding, towels and kitchenware. The townhome, is 3 levels with 3 sleeping areas and 1 full bathroom. Maximum occupancy is 4 persons. Onsite parking for 2 cars only. Permits required. Entry level includes Livingroom, Dining area and designer kitchen with wood plank flooring and a cozy woodstove. The second level is accessed by a spiral staircase. On this level you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, closet and deck, an open area outside the bedroom with a set of bunks and a large deck, and a full custom bath with walk-in shower and oversized changing area. The washer/dryer are on this level as well. The 3rd level (loft) is accessed by a somewhat steep staircase (not recommended for younger children) and includes a queen bed, TV and closet and chest of drawers. There is paved parking with a limit of 2 parking passes. There is no other onsite parking for the house within the complex. Internet, all utilities, and cable TV are included in the rent. There is no on-site manager for this rental unit. Security deposit ($500)

1-month minimum rental. 1st month's rent is due upon signing of the rental agreement. The balance of the rental and the refundable security deposit are due upon your move in date. (Reservations made inside 30 days require full payment at time of booking.) If your payment(s) are not received on or before the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and the space will be made available to other renters. Cancellations: A full refund will be issued if the cancellation is requested at least 30 days prior to check-in. After that, the first 30 days of the stay are non-refundable and any days beyond the first 30 days, will be refunded at 50%. 1 dog allowed with prior permission and signing of dog policy agreement. Parking for 2 cars only with permit. Replacement permits will be charged at $100 each No smoking inside property. Maximum 4 persons residing at property. Tenants may not sub-lease the units. No additional occupants for longer than 3 days. Electric, Water/sewer, garbage, high speed internet, and Xfinity cable are included in the rental.
