Onsite parking for 2 cars only. Permits required. Entry level includes Livingroom, Dining area and designer kitchen with wood plank flooring and a cozy woodstove. The second level is accessed by a spiral staircase. On this level you will find a bedroom with a queen bed, closet and deck, an open area outside the bedroom with a set of bunks and a large deck, and a full custom bath with walk-in shower and oversized changing area. The washer/dryer are on this level as well. The 3rd level (loft) is accessed by a somewhat steep staircase (not recommended for younger children) and includes a queen bed, TV and closet and chest of drawers. There is paved parking with a limit of 2 parking passes. There is no other onsite parking for the house within the complex. Internet, all utilities, and cable TV are included in the rent. There is no on-site manager for this rental unit. Security deposit ($500)
