The main house has 2 bedrooms, a large updaged fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and microwave, a stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom, and open-concept dining area/living room, as well as a large private office. The guest quarters has a large and sunny Arizona Room with a smart TV, a bedroom with a full-sized bed and desk, a fully-equipped kitchenette/dining area with air fryer and micowave, lots of cabinets, and a full bathroom with storage cabinets, and a washer and dryer. The main house and the guest quarters have separate outdoor entrances and an connecting interior hallway. French doors from the guest quarters open to a private courtyard with an electric grill and dining table. Pet Friendly.
