Relax in my updated 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a large office space, centrally located home in Green Valley.… I recently remodeled the house as well as the adjoining guest quarters with updated kitchens, all-tile floors, and an updated bathroom in the main house. There are two separate units in the house. The main house has 2 bedrooms, a large updaged fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and microwave, a stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom, and open-concept dining area/living room, as well as a large private office. The guest quarters has a large and sunny Arizona Room with a smart TV, a bedroom with a full-sized bed and desk, a fully-equipped kitchenette/dining area with air fryer and micowave, lots of cabinets, and a full bathroom with storage cabinets, and a washer and dryer. The main house and the guest quarters have separate outdoor entrances and an connecting interior hallway. French doors from the guest quarters open to a private courtyard with an electric grill and dining table. Pet Friendly. A $150 Pet Sanitation Fee/Deposit required and $50/month per no more than 2 pets. *Short-term/Snowbird rates Please contact me for information on short-term/Snowbird Winter rates (November thru April). Smart TV You will never miss any of your favorite programs with the Cox connected smart TV's in both the main unit and guest quarters. Included in the rent is a Youtubetv subscription in the main house and guest quarters.
