Replace light bulbs, smoke detector batteries, and minor household consumables. Maintain the yard, lawn, shrubs, and landscaping unless otherwise specified. Promptly report plumbing leaks, electrical issues, appliance failures, and other maintenance concerns. Prevent mold growth by maintaining proper ventilation and reporting water intrusion immediately. Keep utilities active throughout the lease term. Protect the property from damage caused by negligence or misuse. Parking Policy Parking is permitted only in designated areas. No parking on lawns or landscaped areas. No commercial vehicles, boats, RVs, trailers, or inoperable vehicles without prior written approval. Lease Violations The following may result in lease termination: Non-payment of rent. Unauthorized occupants. Unauthorized pets. Smoking inside the property. Property damage due to negligence. Criminal activity on or near the premises. Repeated disturbances or violations of community rules. Additional Information Rent due on the 1st of each month.
