Your monthly rent is $2100; One month rent plus security due: Total $4,200 paid in full at signing. The landlord is responsible for circulating hot water heat, hot water, trash removal, plus all appliances including refrigerator, range, dishwasher, air conditioner in the living room and kitchen, and a washer dryer. I hope that you rent at 132 for a long time. When the time comes you want to change residence, I will supply a tenant's reference letter for your next landlord if needed, and return your security deposit within one month of your move out day, provided: a. A minimum of one month's notice of your plans to move is submitted. b. the rent is paid consistently during your time in residence. c. the apartment is in a condition we (landlord and tenant) both agree is as you rented it, not including, usual wear and tear.
