This is a pet-free property, and pets and service animals are strictly prohibited due to owner allergies. Violation of the non-smoking policy, which prohibits the burning, smoking, or use of tobacco, marijuana, vapor devices, incense, or any other material within the property, is cause for immediate eviction without refund. No parties or gatherings are permitted without prior written approval, and occupancy by more than the number of guests listed in the booking is strictly prohibited, with violations potentially leading to immediate eviction without refund. Noise monitoring devices and security cameras are present on the exterior of the property to ensure security and guest honesty regarding property use. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement after booking and prior to occupying the property. All adults in the rental group must be at least 30 years old, unless they are directly related to an adult over 30.
