Currently replacing flooring with Hickory luxury vinyl plank. Washer/dryer included but no dishwasher in the unit. Small stove. Showings will be by appointment only. Applications will be available at showing (transferable applications/portable tenant screening reports are not accepted). Background/CR check fee is $70/adult (upon acceptable review of application(s)). Please provide picture ID and last two paystubs (adults). Income should be at least 3x monthly rent. This is a month to month lease although a year lease would be considered. Upon acceptance, tenant will owe rent for June ($1100), last month rent ($1100) and deposit ($1100). Deposit may be made in 3 payments or in full. Please do not disturb the current tenants in #1318.
