Lease terms

We're looking for responsible tenants who will enjoy and care for the home as their own! Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities associated with the property, including electricity, gas (if applicable), water/sewer, garbage, internet, and other optional services. Pets: Dogs are welcome on a case-by-case basis and are subject to owner approval. Additional pet rent and/or a pet deposit may apply. Please provide information about your dog when applying. Other pets may be considered upon request. Smoking: This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the home or garage. Lease Term and security deposit: A 12-month lease is preferred. Longer lease terms may be considered. A security deposit is required prior to move-in, subject to applicable Oregon law. Property Care: Tenants are expected to maintain the home in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly report any maintenance concerns or damage. Tenants are responsible for routine lawn and yard maintenance unless otherwise agreed to in the lease. Parking: Included with the property is a 2 car garage and and extra wide driveway that can fit 3 cars. Renter's Insurance: Tenants will be required to maintain renter's insurance throughout the lease term. Application & Screening: All adult applicants will be subject to the same rental application and screening criteria, which may include income verification, rental history, credit history. Applicant will be responsible for screening fees.
