Utilities Tenant is responsible for all utilities and must transfer all utility accounts into their name immediately after lease signing. The landlord pays the HOA dues. Renters Insurance Renters insurance is mandatory. Failure to provide proof of renters insurance within 24 hours of lease execution will constitute a lease violation. Early Lease Termination Relocation, job transfers, personal circumstances, or voluntary move-outs do not release the tenant from the lease obligations.
