Laminate flooring throughout and carpet only on the stairs. French doors in the dining room open up to a small deck out back that is fenced in and private from the road but shared with others in the building.
The unit has a private basement/crawl space that is about 5 feet high and covers the entire layout underneath the apartment so plenty of room for storage. The unit has two parking spaces and the apartment overall has guest parking.
