Renter's insurance is required. Two-car garage with EV charging available. Additional guest parking is available on the street. Overnight guest vehicles must be registered through the HOA parking system. Owner provides routine yard service once per quarter. Tenant must comply with HOA community rules, including parking, noise, trash-bin storage and use of community amenities. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Pets considered with prior approval, applicable pet deposit and monthly pet rent. No subletting, room rentals, assignment of the lease, unauthorized occupants or short-term rentals through Airbnb, Vrbo or similar platforms without prior written approval. First month's rent and security deposit are due before move-in.
