Very desirable neighborhood between Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach! About 10-15 min each way. This community is very walkable with trails behind it and some nice ponds throughout the neighborhood. This lovely townhome showcases new hard flooring, fresh bedding, towels and an overall comfortable home away from home. You'll have a nice open dining space, with a large dining table connected to the galley kitchen that's stocked with all the dishes and pots and pans you'll need for a long stay. Two spacious bedrooms with Queen beds. Each with their own connected FULL bathrooms. Master suite also comes with a big walk-in closet and 40" flatscreen TV. The secondary bedroom has a standard closet for hanging clothes and dresser. This townhome also has a large, yet cozy living room with two couches and a 50" flatscreen TV. We also offer complimentary YouTubeTV with dozens of live channels during your stay. Sliding doors from the living room go out to the private fenced in yard. It's situated perfectly to watch your pup or your kids outside while you're relaxing on the couch. We have a gas grill (propane provided) and a little table and chairs to enjoy on the patio. Property also includes a washer and dryer and attached driveway for 2 vehicles. Pet Policy: 1. This is a dog friendly rental (no cats), but we do have some guidelines to protect our home from damages. 2. We can only consider mature, well behaved dogs, and they MUST BE 2 YEARS OF AGE or older. Preferably crate trained if on the younger side. If the dog is much older, then we understand a crate may not be necessary. 3. We also prefer just one dog, but depending on size and their ages, we might be able to make an exception. 4. There will be a Pet Fee of $100 PER DOG for the entire stay. 5.
