The apt has a small living room with a couch, TV, desk and coffee table. The bedroom has a queen-size bed with windows facing the street and ocean. The kitchen and bathroom and both clean and functional with all the basics you need. At the end of the hall is the entrance to the cellar which has a coin operated washer and dryer. There is currently no parking spot available, but there is limited street parking as well as a parking garage across the street from the property.
