This rental is for four months only - Furnished cottage with private garden near downtown. Rent my private cottage while I am overseas. Available June 1st until October 1st. I am looking for someone to rent it for the whole 4 months. After that, I return and move back into the cottage. If you like nature and want to live close enough to walk or ride a bike to downtown or the Lady Bird Lake hike and bike trail, you'll love this place. It's a private cottage tucked below huge live oak trees and surrounded by privacy fencing/vegetation. It is about 1 mile south of downtown in historic Travis Heights neighborhood. It's a few blocks from Stacy Park/Pool, Lady Bird Lake Hike and Bike Trail, and trendy South Congress (SOCO), with it's shops, restaurants and clubs . It's about 550 sq. ft. Fully furnished. Lots of windows. AC. Hardwood and tile floors. Granite counter tops. Leather furniture. High speed internet. Washer and dryer. Greenhouse. Eat from my organic vegetable garden. Soak in the hot claw foot bathtub in the greenhouse. Sorry, no pets or smokers. $1500 a month plus utilities. Utilities run between $130 and $160 per month.
