I am looking for a tenant to move-in as close to July 1 as possible. 2 - Security deposit is usually = to 1 month's rent, but can go up depending on credit. 3 - Deposit due at lease signing and this will hold it for you. Rent is due before getting keys. 4 - Pets ARE allowed! There would be a pet deposit (fully refundable!) as well as monthly pet rent. 5 - Tenant pays all utilities, besides the monthly HOA. 6 - Yes, there is an HOA but it's not crazy.
