Lease terms

As a renter, you MUST apply for community access with the Harbour West office, prior to move-in date. The landlord will provide shovels for snow remover and a gas self-propell lawn mower for yard and sidewalk maintenance. Tenant will replace the air filter as scheduled. The landlord will provide air filters upon request by tenant. No smoking inside or on the property! No exception! No pets of any kind inside or on the property! No exceptions! No gas grills on front or back patio! No exceptions! Tenant will not allow (none approved) people to live at the residence without approval from landlord and without completing the community residence application. Tenant will not sub-lease the property! Tenant will only utilize "Hanging Strips" or "Hanging Hooks" no nails, screws, or ankers will be used on any walls in the house. Permitted reasons for entry A landlord may enter a unit to: Inspect the premises for condition or lease compliance. Make necessary or agreed repairs, decorations, alterations, or improvements. Supply necessary or agreed services. Exhibit the unit to prospective or actual purchasers, mortgagees, tenants, workmen, or contractors Renter's Insurance is required: Dwelling Coverage amount $80,000 Personal Property $30,000 - $50,000 Personal Liability $300,000 Medical $1,000 - $5,000 Deductible $500 - $1,000
