It's roomy enough for a small dinner party or simply spending time alone relaxing on retreat. If condo/apartment life with shared walls is not for you, then this is your place! Fully Furnished with extra amenities to make you feel right at home. All stays must be 31 days or more, up to 12 months. Rent includes ALL Utilities: Water, internet, Trash, and Electric covered up to $100/mo. (Separately metered) 100% Optic Fiber Internet included. Super fast. 55" Smart TV with streaming capacity on your own subscriptions. There is lots of free TV with installed stations and antenna for local TV news, etc, (but no cable). Heat and A/C: super quiet, super-efficient Mini-Split system Air purifier and Water Filter(s) Scent-free, allergy-sensitive home: No Febreze, no room deodorizers, no scented trash bags, etc... Deep cleaning and full sanitizing done between each tenancy. We are committed to cleaning with scent-free and allergen-free products. $300 (non-refundable) cleaning fee is included in the deposit. HOUSE RULES No smoking (of any kind) on the premises. Small pets under 40lbs welcome. No secure yard. Must keep any pets off the grass, and clean-up after pet daily.
