The upstairs master bedroom features a king-size bed, a walk-in tile shower, and a private walk-in dressing room/closet. A private laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, and laundry basket.
The salt pool can be heated at an extra cost. A BBQ rental and fire pit rental incur additional fees. Service dogs are allowed with paperwork; other pet requests will be considered with a $65.00 non-refundable pet deposit and a Pet Policy Form completed.
The property is located directly on Lake Sumner with an amazing paradise lake view. It is situated 35 minutes from Orlando attractions within a world-renowned Florida Resort set on 450 beautiful acres, offering opportunities for water sports, golf, cycling, walking, and hiking.
No smoking is allowed on the property. No parties or loud music are allowed. The total occupancy of guests staying overnight in the villa is to be no more than the villa sleeps. Check-in time is 5:00 pm and check-out time is 12:00 pm. After hours check-in is available at the Front Office in the Main Dome Complex, where a welcome envelope will contain directions and entry information.
The home is equipped with Wi-Fi and AC in all rooms, and includes a 32-inch smart TV in each bedroom with access to streaming services.
