Utilities & House Rules Included in Rent: Water, sewer, trash service, and basic radiator heat maintained at approximately 70 F are included in the monthly rent. Tenant Responsibility: The tenant is responsible for paying for electricity and natural gas for the stove. If additional heating beyond the included radiator heat is desired, the tenant may use a personal electric space heater at their own expense. House Rules No pets. No smoking or vaping or marijuana or hookha inside the property. No parties or excessive noise. No subletting or short-term rentals, including Airbnb or similar platforms. Tenants are expected to maintain a respectful, safe, and peaceful living environment. Any violation of the lease terms or house rules may be considered a breach of the lease and may result in termination of the rental agreement and eviction, subject to applicable state and local laws. This single-family home is intended for responsible, reliable tenants who will treat the property with care and respect. Trash and Waste Disposal Each rental unit will be assigned two trash bins. Tenants are responsible for using only the bins assigned to their unit for all household waste. As part of this rental agreement, tenants are responsible for: Placing their assigned trash bins at the curb on the municipality's scheduled collection day. Returning the bins to their designated storage area promptly after collection. Keeping the area around the trash bins clean and free of any loose trash or debris. Ensuring all trash is placed inside the bins with the lids fully closed. Any accumulation of trash outside the bins or improper disposal that results in warnings, cleanup costs, or fines from the municipality or property owner will be the tenant's responsibility. Tenants are expected to maintain the trash area in a clean and orderly condition at all times and to dispose of waste responsibly.
