A minimum 12-month lease is required. First month's rent, last month's rent, and the security deposit are due at lease signing. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Late fees will be assessed if rent is not received within five (5) days of the due date. Occupancy is limited to the individuals listed on the lease agreement. Tenants must promptly report any maintenance or repair issues to the landlord. Illegal activity of any kind is strictly prohibited on the premises. Renters insurance is required throughout the lease term. Applicants must meet income, credit, rental history, and background screening requirements.
