Up to two pets with owner approval. Sorry, no pitbulls, dobermans, rottweillers, german shepherds or chow chows. Dogs must be friendly and reasonably well trained. Owner pays for wifi. Tenant is responsible for power, gas, trash, and water/sewer. Proof of renter's insurance and background/credit check required. Recommendation from a previous landlord or property manager is a big plus. No smoking inside, and no visible cigarette butts. Please keep all common spaces (laundry room) clean and tidy. Tenants must pick up pet waste promptly and help keep the yard neat and well maintained. Failure to do so will result in an additional yard care fee of $100/mo If rent is more than one week late from the agreed upon due date without approval from the landlord, a $200 fee will be added, and each additional week will encur a $100 fee until rent is paid.

Bright happy, home on very private street just a few blocks up the hill from downtown Astoria. Enjoy peace and quiet in this freshly painted, well maintained and loved duplex, with expansive views, a great yard, endless closets, plus a carport/garage, and laundry room. Watch the sunset over the bridge from your porch, then relax in your spacious living room with solid built-in shleves and plenty of natural light. The galley kitchen is compact, but has fairly new appliances and room for all the necessities. The bathroom too, is modest, but has a tub and good storage. Master bedroom next to bathroom has a big closet. Small second bedroom downstairs has cute little corner built-ins, while the entire upstairs is the huge third bedroom, with the best view in the house. My wife and I used the upstairs as our master bedroom for many years.
