The renter is responsible for water/sewer, gas, electric and any additional, i.e. Cable, internet, etc... Landlord pays garbage. Smoking is not permitted in the residence. There is a front porch and an enclosed back porch. This property has a huge fenced in back yard, there is off-street parking behind the property off the alley. This property is close to Bob Davany stadium and the Stars hocky rink. Also close to the University of Nebraska downtown Campus. We usually ask for a one year lease but that can be negotiable. Pets are allowed, however we do charge a $25 per pet per month fee. Tenant is responsible for mowing the yard and scoping snow from the sidewalk in front of the house. There is a unfinished basement that can be used for storage only. A Washer and dryer (non-Coin Operated) is furnished located in the basement.
