No carpet (entire unit has laminated flooring). Lobby Security: A security guard is now stationed in the lobby daily from 5:00 PM to midnight. All residential tenants will need to register on our online residential portal to submit maintenance requests and pay rent online. We collect the first month's rent and security deposit only. Whether or not we collect the last month's rent will depend on a case-by-case basis (income, credit score, and bank saving amount). However, we will definitely collect the last month's rent for all students or international applicants with no social security number or credit.
