The unit available is part of a 2 family home. The apartment being rented is in the first floor and the home owner lives in the 2nd floor. It is a fully furnished, 1 bedroom apartment. Ideally, I am looking to rent to 1 individual with the potential of a couple that is looking to rent the place at the very least 3 months. The apartment has everything one needs to move in with a suitcase of clothing and start living there. No outside furniture will be permitted.
