Lease terms
The fixed lease term is between 3 to 10 months (great for students or interns). Sublicensing (subleasing) is not permitted! The guest policy must be negotiated with the landlord. No pets. No smoking. Both joint tenants pay for electricity, gas/heating, and sewer. Landlord pays for water and garbage. If tenants need Internet, all responsibility about ordering, installation, payments, maintenance, and deactivation of this service (from Comcast or AT&T) lies with them. The monthly rent payment for the entire condo is $6000 (nonnegotiable), including covered carport for 2 cars. Plenty of on-street parking. Security deposit cannot be used as the last month rent. Security deposit is the same amount as the one-month rent ($6000), and it is due in full at the lease agreement signing. No application fees! The condominium is richly FURNISHED and rented out with the furniture as shown in the pictures! The furniture stays in the unit during the entire lease period.
