Applications are $30 per applicant and include a background and credit check. Please ensure you provide a photo ID and payment with your application submission. If you tour and decide to no longer move forward with the property, the application fee will be refunded. Applicant Requirements: - Must be 18 years of age or older (unless deemed an adult under applicable law) - Satisfactory credit rating (credit score above 600, a credit score below 600 will be denied) - Verifiable and favorable rental history (three years or two landlords).
