The unit is located in the same parking lot as Smith Lund Mills funeral chapel and sits above their garage area, so with that being said, this apartment would be a great for a single person or a couple who wouldn't mind seeing the occasional hearse out of their kitchen window during memorial services. The unit has a large living room with an open concept feel leading into the kitchen. Unit is equipped with forced heat that is gas operated (as well as the water heater) with electric range. Water and garbage services are included in the rent. One parking space is reserved for tenant parking which is located at the bottom of the staircase leading to the unit. A Washer and Dryer is available in the garage area down below the unit for tenant use, however it is only to use the washer and dryer, the garage is not to be used for anything else by tenant. Cats accepted with an additional $250 toward security deposit - however please keep in mind that there is no yard for them to use/play in. Rent is $1395.00 and Security Deposit starts at $2790.00 - Month to Month lease terms. When submitting your application, you will need to provide at least the last three months' worth of paystubs/proof of income. All applications must have income verification attached to be accepted. If the proof is not attached, we will not review the application. Monthly Income Requirement: Gross household income should be 2.5x the rent. Accepted forms of income: Bank statements, pay-stubs, social security benefits, VA benefits, TANF, child support, etc. A minimum of two rental references is preferred. Once approved a $50 fee is required per adult to conduct credit/criminal/eviction report. The fee is $10 for Eugene. We DO NOT charge an application fee to turn in applications. Once your application is turned in, we will check your landlord references, review your employment, and verify that your income is roughly 2.5 times the amount of rent. Qualified applicants will be contacted when property is available to be view. A driver's license is required to check out a key at that time.
