Lease terms

Renters are responsible for monthly rent and all utilities associated with the property. First month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent are due prior to or at move-in. No smoking is permitted inside the home or anywhere on the premises. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the property in a clean and orderly condition and for keeping the yard maintained, unless otherwise agreed upon.
