Single family, pet friendly home at the end of a cul de sac and start of a popular trailhead.… Our home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath plus game room, office nook and mudroom. If you'd like to rent the entire home which is 5 bedroom and 3.5 bath, we can negotiate that in. Currently we aren't renting the basement just the main two levels. The basement is not occupied. The home is available for 12-24 months. More can be discussed if needed. The backyard is fully fenced in with a doggie door. Walking distance to Newpark, Redstone and Whole Foods. Inside the Trailside Elementary boundary of the PCSD. New refrigerator and microwave as of summer 2026.
