For those with furry friends, there is a nice-sized private back yard to enjoy. The back yard is not fenced in. There is a fence but it is more of a decorative fence.

Tenants will be responsible for lawn mowing and snow removal. If interested, tenants can hire the company we use for mowing and snow removal services. The service will provide an estimate, and the tenants can make payments directly to them.
Pets may be allowed but will require additional information and a monthly fee per pet. Applicants with dog breeds considered aggressive per our insurance will not be considered.
