Monthly rent is due by the 7th of each month, with a security deposit required to secure the reservation. Cancellations made after a specified non-refundable date will result in forfeiture of the deposit. All payment methods are outlined in the lease, and rent is prorated for partial months. The lease includes standard expectations for occupancy limits, cleanliness, and respectful use of the property. The owner reserves the right to terminate immediately in cases of illegal activity, property damage, or violations of local health and safety codes.
