There are also several trails accessible from downtown by bike or on foot. The house has a great amount of space and a backyard that's honestly one of our favorite things about it. It's a great fit for a family, roommates, or anyone who wants the convenience of being close to downtown while still having a private yard. Furniture shown in the photos will be removed before move-in. The lease will need to be approved through the current property management company, so prospective tenants will need to complete their application and approval process.
