Please note that the pickleball court is for casual play and is not regulation size. Play carefully and at your own risk, as there are areas where players could run into nearby objects or edges. If pickleballs go into the neighbor's yard, please do not try to retrieve them; leave any balls that land beyond the property line. There is a security camera facing the driveway/parking lot for security purposes that records video and audio. Please do not open the door behind the family room TV, which is covered by a curtain. The blinds are cordless; lift from the center to raise them and pull down gently to lower them. There are 3 heaters with separate controls: one by the fridge at the top of the stairs, one to the right of the office desk, and one upstairs to the right of the full-length mirror. This is a smoke-free property; any violation will result in a $200 per day fine for the duration of the stay. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until 8:00 AM each morning, requiring all audio and noise levels to be kept at a minimum. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee. Guests are responsible for any property damage caused by pets. Initial supplies of paper goods, soaps, sponges, and detergents are provided; any additional supplies needed are the guest's responsibility. Host is not responsible for lost items; shipping items back incurs a $20 service fee plus shipping costs. Please report any pre-existing damage or cleanliness issues within 4 hours of check-in. Please contact guest services before shipping any items to the property. Light maintenance or repairs may occur during your stay, including regularly scheduled exterior services without prior notice. For indoor maintenance, permission will be requested before entering.
