2026 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL LEASE AGREEMENT (ONE-YEAR FIXED TERM) This Residential Lease Agreement ("Lease") is entered into on ________________, 2026, by and between: LANDLORD The French Chateau of Odessa 13042 Tarpon Springs Road Odessa, Florida 33556 and TENANT(S) ________________________________________ ________________________________________ ________________________________________ 1.
