It's conveniently located next door to Braxton Brewery and a 3-minute walk to Ziegler Park and Ziegler Pool. Please be aware that the first floor is partitioned into two separate, self-contained condos, and you will share a wall with another unit. While a sound barrier has been installed, loud noises may occasionally carry between the apartments. Parties and amplified music are strictly forbidden without advance written consent, and violations may result in criminal trespassing charges. Quiet hours are observed from 9:30 pm to 8 am, and amplified music is forbidden at all hours without advance written consent.
