Minimum 12 month rental agreement. Renter responsible for all utilities (wifi, water, gas, electricity, alarm system optional). Pets allowed with $30 monthly pet fee per pet and one-time $250 non-refundable deposit. Renters insurance required. No smoking on or around property. Renter responsible for basic yard maintenance including weeding and leaf pick up; landlord will cover shrub trimming, mulching, and gutter cleaning. Landlord also covers cost of a monthly pest control service. A few questions we ask all prospective renters before scheduling a showing include: 1) Where are you moving from? 2) Have you ever been evicted or broken a lease agreement? 3) When are you looking to move in? 4) Do you have any pets?
