Cats and small dog are welcome with a $100 deposit and a $50 monthly pet fee. Monthly rent due at the 1st of the month with a fee added on each day if not paid by the 3rd until payment is received. First months rent is $675 and deposit of $600 due on signing of lease. Lease is for 12 months then moves to month to month.

The apartment is clean, and well kept with plenty of charm and natural lighting. Upstairs unit with lots of storage with three large closets. Single bathroom with an angled ceiling in shower which might be difficult for someone very tall but can be managed for most. One bedroom with closet and a living room that gets lots of natural light and a storage closet. A kitchen with all you need appliances and you can even fit a small table and chairs in there. The hallway to the bathroom has a large storage closet as well. On street parking. 1+ year lease. One very mellow and quiet neighbor with their own apartment in the upstairs area with the manager occupying the main floor and basement. Tenant pays gas for their stove and Internet otherwise all other utilities are included in rent. Cats and small dogs are welcome with a pet deposit of $100 and a $50 monthly pet fee.
