This unit can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Minimum 1 year lease if unfurnished, and a negotiable term if furnished although additional costs apply. No smoking permitted inside at anytime. Pets welcomed if they are not aggressive. Bread restrictions apply such as Pit Bulls & Rottweilers. The number and type of pets negotiable. Non-refundable deposits apply. Utilities / Internet not included (historical bills available). Washer / Dryer available but with terms of use. Pool and Gym access negotiable. This community has a HOA so certian rules apply. Late fees apply for late rent payments as outlined by statute. Landscaping and trash covered by monthly assessments paid by landlord. Pest control not included except for Termites. Quarterly replacement of the HVAC filter will be done through the landlord. Availability of the unit is negotiable.
