Lease terms

Minimum 1 year lease. No smoking allowed in property. Tenant responsible for maintenance and minor repairs. Tenant responsible for utilities. The unit comes with one reserved parking space. There are visitor spaces for additional cars. Community is in mature wooded area with a pool. Requirements to rent: Must be employed with verifiable income - Best if rent is no more than 30 to 40% of salary but this can be negotiated. First and last month rent along with the security deposit. We are flexible and allow the last month rent to be paid in installments (however, the total amount of the last month rent must be paid within the first 3 months of the tenancy). At a minimum the security deposit and first month rent is needed to move in. If your credit is not great but you have a steady good paying job along with a good landlord reference we will consider you. If you have a recent background check you can submit this to us.
