Lease terms

This lease agreement requires the resident to independently set up and pay for all electric, gas, and Wi-Fi services throughout the duration of the tenancy. While the property owner covers water, sewer, and trash removal expenses, tenants who own dogs must submit a refundable pet deposit of $300 per dog/cat at lease signing. All pets remain subject to prior management approval before moving into the home. Prior to receiving the keys, the tenant must provide the first and last months rent alongside the security deposit of $1500. No smoking. Because the home comes fully furnished, the landlord acknowledges that normal wear and tear on the provided furniture and decor is acceptable, but any damage caused will be deducted from the security deposit. The house is fully furnished for $400 a month
