Promotional Lease Options Nine-Month Lease: $5,000 per month when the lease is signed by July 30, 2026. Promotional Amenity Waiver: As a one-time promotion, fees for approved parking, shared laundry access, and Starlink internet are waived throughout the initial six- or nine-month fixed lease term. This waiver applies only to the original lease term and does not automatically continue with any renewal, extension, or new lease agreement. Outside of this promotion, parking, laundry access, and Starlink internet may be charged separately. Lease Term: Six-month minimum and nine-month maximum fixed-term lease. Shorter/ Furnished lease terms may be considered at a higher monthly rate. Move-In Date: August 1, 2026, or earlier by mutual agreement, subject to the home being ready for occupancy. Maximum Occupancy: Two approved residents. Security Deposit: Equal to one month's contracted rent, subject to applicable California law. Basic utilities are included in the monthly rent, subject to reasonable use. Excessive or unusual utility consumption may result in additional charges as permitted by the lease and applicable law. Each adult resident must submit a separate application, satisfy the rental approval requirements, and be listed on the lease agreement. Showings are available by appointment only.
