Cats are welcome (limit 2). $300 non-refundable pet fee plus $25 monthly pet fee. No dogs allowed. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Tenant is responsible for lawn and snow maintenance. No smoking allowed. This property does not have air conditioning. This property does not have a garage.
