The bottom floor is the garage and a work area. The 2nd floor is the kitchen, den, hallway, two bedrooms, full bath, washer/dryer hook ups and there is an indoor staircase going to the garage. The 3rd floor is the master suite with a full bathroom, huge closet and 2 attics. There is also a boat hoist available for an additional charge.
